We won the Ingeniamos 2023 call

It is a moment of great excitement! We want to share with you that our RedER project has been selected as the winner of the ACINDAR Foundation Ingeniamos 2023 call. This opportunity is an invaluable boost to continue promoting science, technology, engineering and mathematics at different educational levels through our project.

In line with one of ArcelorMittal's fundamental sustainability challenges, focused on ensuring a "future source of talented science and engineering professionals", the call aims to reward those who can generate early vocations in engineering and science. They firmly believe that training talents in these disciplines is essential to enhance the capacity for innovation and improve the quality of life and development of communities.

Science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) are key pillars for today's society and the future we want to build. Therefore, we will dedicate ourselves to awakening the interest of students of all ages, involving them in exciting practical projects that develop their technical and scientific skills. Our educational approach seeks to form creative, critical individuals with the ability to build and innovate in a constantly evolving world.

The RedER initiative seeks to implement a pedagogical and articulation proposal in Villa Mercedes. The project, carried out in conjunction with the Appropriate Technologies Laboratory of the National University of San Luis, and technical schools in San Luis, aims to promote renewable energies and applied engineering in the area. Through virtual and in-person activities, the aim is to provide educational tools to teachers at technical schools, awaken vocational interest in renewable energy engineering in young people and promote their participation in community actions that address social problems. Activities include theoretical and practical training in wind energy, vocational talks, exchange of experiences between schools and technical maintenance service for energy systems installed in the area.

We are grateful and honored by the continued support of the ACINDAR Foundation, which has once again placed its trust in us. We will continue to work side by side, strengthening the path towards a more sustainable future, driven by science and technology.

Thank you for trusting and supporting our projects!
